How to reach us, and answers to the questions people ask most about Wuli.

Contact us

Write to contact@orizon42.com, or from the app: Profile tab → Contact us. The answer comes by email. Wuli is published by Orizon 42.

How do I lock my apps?

In the Shield tab, choose the apps to lock and the hours (around the clock, 7 AM to 11 PM, or Monday to Friday). On iPhone, allow Screen Time when asked. On Android, the app guides you through three settings: the accessibility service, usage access, and the battery optimisation exemption. Without them, nothing can be locked.

Your apps are locked during those hours as long as a task due today is not proven. A day without tasks, everything stays open.

How do I unlock them?

Prove today's tasks: pass the quiz (80% correct answers), or get a “done” from your witness. Once every task of the day is proven, your apps open again. From the lock screen, “Unlock” takes you back to Wuli — this needs notifications to be allowed.

Breaks and emergency mode

  • Break: five minutes without proving anything. One per day by default; you set how many in the Shield tab.
  • Emergency: once a day. You reschedule each unproven task of the day, and your apps open for 5, 15 or 30 minutes.
  • Strict mode removes breaks, and Wuli then refuses to change the shield before the end of the day.

The lock is something you set up on yourself: the authorisations given to Wuli can always be withdrawn from your phone's settings, which ends the lock, even in strict mode.

How does the witness work?

Your witness installs nothing and creates no account. When you are done, Wuli drafts a text message that you send from your own phone. Your witness opens the link and answers “done” or “not done” right on the page, with no code to enter. Only their answer proves the task; after a “not done”, you can ask again.

A witness who wants their number erased can write to contact@orizon42.com, without telling you and without an account.

Subscription and cancellation

Wuli Premium is bought, renewed and cancelled through the App Store or Google Play, not inside Wuli. The price and the length of the free trial are shown by your store before you confirm.

  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wuli. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or of the trial).
  • Android: Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Wuli.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. On a new phone, sign in with the same account and use Restore purchases on the Premium screen.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile tab → Delete my account. Your profile, tasks and their proofs, and your witnesses are erased; it cannot be undone. You can also ask for it at contact@orizon42.com. Remember to cancel your subscription from your store as well.
